Neck Side Stretch
The neck side stretch is a bodyweight exercise that targets the neck (levator scapulae), with the trapezius and sternocleidomastoid assisting.

How to do the neck side stretch
- Stand or sit up straight with your shoulders relaxed.
- Tilt your head to one side, bringing your ear towards your shoulder.
- Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds.
- Repeat on the other side.
- Perform 2-4 sets on each side.
Sets and reps
Hold each stretch for 20–40 seconds, breathing slowly, and repeat 2–3 times per side. Stretch to mild tension, never pain.
