The dynamic chest stretch (male) is a bodyweight exercise that targets the chest (pectorals), with the shoulders and triceps assisting.

How to do the dynamic chest stretch (male)
- Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Extend your arms straight out to the sides, parallel to the ground.
- Slowly bring your arms forward, crossing them in front of your body.
- Feel the stretch in your chest muscles.
- Hold the stretch for 10-30 seconds.
- Return to the starting position and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
Sets and reps
Hold each stretch for 20–40 seconds, breathing slowly, and repeat 2–3 times per side. Stretch to mild tension, never pain.
