Push-Up (Wall) V. 2
The push-up (wall) v. 2 is a bodyweight exercise that targets the chest (pectorals), with the triceps and shoulders assisting.

How to do the push-up (wall) v. 2
- Stand facing a wall, about arm's length away.
- Place your hands on the wall at shoulder height, slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
- Step back with your feet, keeping them hip-width apart.
- Engage your core and keep your body in a straight line from head to heels.
- Bend your elbows and lower your chest towards the wall, keeping your body straight.
- Pause for a moment, then push yourself back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
Sets and reps
Start with 3 sets of 10–15 reps, resting 45–60 seconds. When every set feels easy, add reps, slow the lowering phase or move to a harder variation.
