Wrist Circles
The wrist circles is a bodyweight exercise that targets the forearms, with the hands and wrists assisting.

How to do the wrist circles
- Extend your arms straight out in front of you.
- Make a fist with both hands.
- Rotate your wrists in a circular motion, keeping your arms still.
- Continue the wrist circles for the desired number of repetitions.
Sets and reps
Hold each stretch for 20–40 seconds, breathing slowly, and repeat 2–3 times per side. Stretch to mild tension, never pain.
